Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges
  • Design and deliver tailored demonstrations of ServiceNow's AI-powered experiences
  • Build and configure end-to-end demo flows that showcase AI-enhanced self-service, automation, and insight.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Presales, or UX-driven Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
