Impact You Will Have:
- Drive GTM efficiency: Own the analytics and systems that optimize Owner's LTV:CAC ratio.
- Build AI-powered GTM products: Lead the development of ML models and AI-powered prospect intelligence.
- Define GTM strategy: Partner directly with the CRO, CMO, and senior leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with marketplaces, AI software, and/or high-growth startups strongly preferred.
- You've built and managed a high-performing analytics, data science, or strategy team.
- Strong technical skills: SQL and Python proficiency expected; experience with ML/AI systems strongly preferred.
