Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling Installs: Follow up with homeowners to coordinate and confirm installation appointments
Permit Handling: Pull necessary permits and ensure all required documentation is properly filed and approved
Job Flow Management: Monitor and update the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring all steps are completed in sequence
Documentation: Send completion documents to insurance companies on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Email Management: Draft, organize, and respond to emails, maintaining clear and professional communication with all stakeholders
