CRM Functional Consultant

Work within a team of talented colleagues, this opportunity as a CRM Functional Consultant is an exciting one. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops to develop business requirements, creating demonstrations to provide proof of concept, and assisting the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost. Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM 2015/2016 capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects. The role also includes hands-on implementation, configuration and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM integrating with tools like Outreach, HubSpot, and SAP. The consultant will perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis and understand requirements and advise project team on solutions architecture.
