Role Responsibilities:
- Own consolidated top line forecasting across users and the loan portfolio, partnering with Analytics, Credit, Capital, and Investor Relations.
- Provide decision support on strategic initiatives by evaluating trade-offs and P&L implications to inform business and investment decisions.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive insight and align cross-functional stakeholders.
What We Look For:
- 8+ years of experience in analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or data science.
- Proven ability to operate with ownership and influence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Expert in financial modeling with a working knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay range is $160,000-$230,000 per year depending on location and experience.
- Total compensation package includes equity rewards and monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending.
