Loss Mitigation Agent - Subs/Replacements

Responsibilities:

• Effectively source replacements/subs for broken orders to prevent cancellations and penalties from the marketplace.
• Communicate with respective marketplaces and sellers throughout the process via Intercom.
• Accurately document all steps in Monday.com and sales in SkyBox to track profitability.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to investigate claims using multiple facts.
• Professional communication skills and high organizational attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Excel, Jira, and ticketing systems.
