SDR - Sales Development Representative

At Typescouts, we connect fast-growing companies in North America with exceptional talent from Latin America. We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients—primarily U.S. and Canadian companies—who can benefit from hiring vetted, remote professionals in LATAM. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels, clearly articulating Typescouts' value proposition, booking discovery calls, maintaining the CRM, and collaborating with marketing.
