Position Overview:
- The Sr. Director, Operational Governance, Readiness, Standards is a strategic executive leadership role responsible for overseeing the integration of complex systems and ensuring organizational operational readiness.
- This leader establishes and maintains governance processes that ensure operational readiness, technical standards, data integrity, KPI alignment, and continuous improvement across all data center campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the enterprise OR program, gate framework, and sign-off governance to ensure consistent operational readiness across all campuses.
- Govern enterprise standards, documentation lifecycle management, and Systems Integration operating models.
- Drive continuous improvement through portfolio performance reviews, lessons learned, root cause trends, and maturity assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in systems integration or technical leadership, with 5+ years in senior management.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma are preferred.
