Everbridge is seeking a Solution Consultant to provide support for our large-scale clients. Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services, the Solution Consultant will play a pivotal role as a representative of Everbridge within our client's business continuity team. Key responsibilities include project management support, technical consultancy, and comprehensive training. You will ensure consistently positive customer experiences by providing oversight and management for deployment planning, solution adoption, and technical issue resolution. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and serve as a customer advocate within Everbridge.
