Senior Executive Search Resourcer

About the Role:

• This is a full-time, remote opportunity supporting senior-level executive search for a UK-based recruitment business.
• You will be the research engine behind critical searches, identifying exceptional leadership talent and mapping complex markets.

Key Accountabilities:

• Map target markets and talent pools, and research high-calibre senior candidates using various tools.
• Conduct first-stage outreach and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS or CRM systems.
• Prepare concise candidate summaries and collaborate with consultants to refine search strategies.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment resourcing or executive search.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to engage senior-level candidates professionally.
• Reliable home-working setup with stable internet and backup power for load shedding.
