Job Description

Culture Biosciences is looking for a part-time Inside Business Development Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assisting the business development efforts for our portfolio of products, services and software. This role reports to the Sr VP of Commercial. This is a part-time, temporary role expected to last 3 months, with potential to extend. Work to further assess and develop Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s) and/or early stage Sales Opportunities for handoff to field Business Development Managers. Work closely with the field Business Development Managers to ensure timely handoff with complete information. Manage a professional and engaging customer relationship and experience through the qualification process. Keep the customer relationship management system (Salesforce.com - SFDC) updated with timely and complete information. Deliver input to forecasting processes as may be needed. Provide market and customer feedback to the organization. Contribute to developing and executing commercial operations processes and platforms, including but not limited to sales force effectiveness and enablement. As part of a growing team, support additional tasks associated with sales and business development.
