Job Description

Develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers - market leaders and smaller players in such industries as machine building, robotics, infrastructure, furniture and others. Look for the best practices in sales and account management. Further goals include supporting company development with process improvement suggestions, new ideas and innovation proposals. Achieve individual sales targets with assigned pools of customers in specific industry and/or geography. Responsibilities include working with the incoming flow of warm leads, supporting them and developing relations with them. Development of opportunity pipeline, management of sales cycle, maintaining customer contact, and regular reflection of the sales process in the CRM system. The successful candidate will enjoy sales activities and have strong customer focus. They will have a successful sales track record in industries such as Rapid prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or 3D printing. A willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment as well as excellent problem solving skills and determination to achieve goals are a must.
