Responsibilities:

Process corporate actions (splits, spinoffs, distributions, mergers, tender/exchange offers) accurately and on time.
Support clearance and settlement operations, including position reconciliation and asset servicing.
Resolve data quality and booking issues across custody, trade, and cash ledgers.

Requirements:

Active Series 24 (General Securities Principal) license required.
Direct experience with corporate actions processing at a broker-dealer or clearing firm.
Expertise with NSCC/DTC processes and double-entry booking methodology.
