Job Description

At Solink, our SEs are core contributors to the success of our customers and sales organization. This role is rooted in the pre-sales cycle, with a focus on driving value through discovery, storytelling, and tailored solution design. You will work in close partnership with Account Executives (AEs) to uncover customer needs, deliver compelling demos, and build solutions that align with both business and technical requirements. You will not be responsible for implementation or technical support. Individuals with a strong sales mindset and technical aptitude are needed. The ideal candidate may come from an AE background and be eager to shift into a more technical and consultative role. Responsibilities include partnering with AEs during discovery to qualify deals by uncovering true customer needs, constraints, and buying drivers, Owning the technical narrative in sales conversations, ensuring a seamless transition from discovery to demo to solution proposal and delivering value-based demos. Actively participating in sales calls and web conferences is crucial and staying current on industry trends.
