Business Operations Associate

Partner directly with our VP of Operations to help scale the systems, processes, and analytics that power our care delivery engine. This is not your average back-office role, as you will be at the center of operations, collaborating across clinical, support, product, and engineering teams to drive efficiency, improve quality, and build infrastructure that supports exceptional patient care. From day one you will have real ownership and the autonomy to make things happen, with a clear path to grow into leadership. You will work with the VP of Operations to identify bottlenecks, solve cross-functional problems, and push high-leverage initiatives over the finish line. Analyze workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across the business.
