Job Description
The Customer Care Advisor is responsible for initiating the sales process, building and managing prospect lists and generating qualified leads that will be passed on to designated sales staff for follow-up. The advisor will represent GoodLeap as a subject matter expert during calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service and support with strong communication skills.
The role includes offering additional GoodLeap products, updating GoodLeap systems to document each customer interaction, and handling issues with diplomacy. The advisor will escalate issues to management when necessary and complete other tasks as requested.
