About the Role:
- Own delivery execution of OT cybersecurity services across EMEA, serving industrial and critical infrastructure customers.
- Directly manage EU-based practitioners and lead the Middle East region through a Manager.
- Serve as a strategic partner to EMEA sales leadership, driving commercial alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and develop professional development plans for team members.
- Oversee quality and consistency of delivery outputs, partnering with Practice Leads.
- Monitor utilization, participate in resourcing decisions, and manage operational budgets.
Qualifications:
- Experience delivering or leading cybersecurity work in OT/ICS environments such as energy, utilities, manufacturing, oil and gas.
- Proven track record leading distributed professional services teams across multiple locations.
- Strong capability to navigate regional complexity including time zones, regulatory, and cultural considerations.
