Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Specialist will be a key member of the people operations team. They will work directly with LaunchSquad’s senior team on talent acquisition and retention. The Talent Specialist will take responsibility for driving recruitment efforts for specific talent demographics from concept to completion, including making hiring decisions. They will also contribute to onboarding new hires and supporting their needs throughout year one. Responsibilities include: understanding hiring needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment lifecycle, coordinating training, building out ATS capabilities, playing a key role in university recruitment, tracking and reporting hiring statistics, and ensuring company recruitment policies are compliant with employment laws.
