Radicle Health is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join the growing sales team. This is a quota-carrying role focused on selling into regulated industries with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes, leveraging outbound prospecting, ABM campaigns, and a structured SPICED sales methodology. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a metrics-driven environment, knows how to create their own pipeline, and is a power user of Gong and Salesforce to drive efficiency, insight, and results.
The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close for mid-market accounts. They will generate pipeline through targeted outreach and execution of ABM campaigns in collaboration with marketing. The role also requires engaging multiple stakeholders across executive, clinical, and operational teams to build consensus and urgency. The Account Executive will follow Radicleβs SPICED sales process with rigor, ensuring high-quality discovery, qualification, and value alignment.
Furthermore, the Account Executive will maintain exceptional CRM hygiene in Salesforce, updating stages, activities, and forecasts daily, leverage Gong to review calls, identify deal risks, refine messaging, and coach themselves to higher performance, deliver accurate 90-day forecasts with minimal variance, and stay current on regulatory drivers and trends in healthcare and human services to position Radicleβs solutions effectively.
