Job Description

Responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with customers and potential customers while promoting and selling the high quality AKB products and services within the assigned territory. This role focuses on securing new business, growing existing accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Executes territory business strategies and engage with key decision-makers within customer organizations, while collaborating with internal teams to support customer success. Conducts hands-on demonstrations of AKB products and deliver application presentations to potential and existing customers. Provides product and technical support, including responding to inquiries, issuing quotations, and troubleshooting, while also investigating and resolving customer complaints by leveraging internal resources. Support territory forecasting and budgeting, contributing to sales and volume planning.
