Role Overview:
- Expert-level program and project management support for federal construction initiatives.
- Remote, on-call consulting role spanning project startup, pre-construction planning, and early execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project launch, baseline schedules, subcontractor onboarding, risk assessments, and project controls.
- Implement and configure Procore, including workflows, reporting dashboards, and training.
- Contribute to proposal development, pre-construction activities, and standardization of project management practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project/program management in federal construction.
- Expertise in MEP coordination, Design-Build/DBB delivery, and federal compliance.
- Procore configuration experience and willingness to travel approximately 50%.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay of $83–$93 per hour.
