Senior Partner Success Manager

Phil is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Partner Success Manager to oversee and enhance our partner relationships. This role will focus on managing the lifecycle of partner engagements, driving operational excellence, and ensuring partner satisfaction. As the Senior Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for interfacing directly with enterprise partners, managing key performance indicators, and resolving issues through clear communication and process improvements. Responsibilities include interfacing directly with enterprise partners and managing the lifecycle from launch to closeout, providing updates, investigating and resolving problems, capturing and documenting requirements, collaborating with internal subject matter experts, streamlining processes, building and maintaining strong working relationships, driving overall partner satisfaction and leading partner meetings and analyzing data.
