The company regularly seeks professionals with experience supporting SaaS products in education, K–12 school districts, or B2B environments. A prior background in technical support, IT help desk, or systems support roles is helpful. Experience supporting school IT administrators, managing multiple tickets simultaneously, or working directly with network-based tools or student-facing technologies in K–12 settings is a plus.
