Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and processes transactions accurately and timely.
  • Provides excellent service to internal and external clients via emails, phone calls, or correspondence.
  • Collaborates with teams in various offices to meet service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French & English) is required.
  • College diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
