Job Description

Support patients in setting up payment plans through PayZen's platform and serve as the voice of our customers. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless patient experience through a mix of inbound support, outbound communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The goal is to improve access to healthcare for all Americans. As an individual contributor, opportunities will be identified for improvement and proactive solutions/tools will be sought to better the customer experience and streamline the day-to-day of the job. Interactions with patients will be created using our customer service platform including email, SMS, chat and phone. PayZen values will be represented and excellent service will be delivered through each interaction. Providers will be worked with to resolve any issues related to patient payment plans.
