Application Engineer

System/Application Support:

• Coordinate resources and systems for application software installation in production and test environments.
• Develop and execute plans for data conversion, application software validation, and system-to-system interface validation.
• Provide primary support for troubleshooting and resolving clinical application system issues.

Project Management:

• Develop detailed project plans with dependencies using ITG tools.
• Track and assign tasks to team members, vendors, and customers.
• Schedule and prepare meeting materials, provide progress reports to management.

Business and Systems Analysis:

• Confer with hospital department managers and staff to develop system specifications.
• Oversee server, database, and application integration and security.
• Perform system analysis, specification, testing, and validation for new installations or upgrades.
