Data Integration
Technical Leadership:
- Serve as primary source of advanced technical expertise for clinical applications and integrated systems.
- Lead system maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis with prevention strategies.
- Manage and coordinate technical projects ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.
Collaboration and Compliance:
- Partner with clinical teams, vendors, and IT colleagues to ensure reliable, secure, and HIPAA-compliant systems.
- Apply ITIL-based practices for incident, change, and asset management.
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation across systems and processes.
Team Development:
- Mentor and support other engineers, fostering team development and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to technical strategy, including roadmap development and long-term planning.
- Act as subject matter expert providing technical guidance, design input, and effort estimates.
