Job Description

This is a hybrid role combining Inbox Management and Sales Development. You’ll be the first point of contact for leads who respond to our cold outreach (email and LinkedIn), as well as inbound leads from our Facebook ads. Approximately 70% of the role is focused on calling inbound Facebook leads and cold calling outbound prospects to book qualified discovery calls, while the remaining 30% involves managing and replying to inbox leads. Responsibilities include phone sales (cold calling Amazon brand owners from pre-qualified lead lists, calling inbound leads, ensuring meeting attendance, and tracking activity in CRM) and inbox management (responding to leads via email and LinkedIn, scheduling calls, and keeping inboxes clean). The position requires 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or phone-based sales, 1+ years of experience managing inboxes, Amazon FBA knowledge, excellent English, confidence on the phone, and comfort using tools like Gmail, Slack, instantly.ai, and Pipedrive.
