Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Own the employee lifecycle end‑to‑end, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, time and attendance, performance and ER, payroll inputs, equity admin, and compliance.

-Design for scale and ship fast: convert unscalable manual work into robust processes, using smart interim patches where appropriate.

-Automate the repetitive: build and maintain automations and integrations across Make or n8n, Rippling (HRIS), and Vestd (equity platform).

Requirements:

-Direct experience scaling People Ops in a remote‑first company operating across multiple countries.

-Proven ownership of onboarding to offboarding, compensation and benefits, equity administration, legal and compliance, policy, and ER practices.

-Proficiency with low‑code automation platforms and HR systems.
