Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Windows Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows Server infrastructure.
- This role focuses on Active Directory, patching, virtualization, security, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 environments.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and server builds/migrations.
- Automate operations with PowerShell and participate in 24x7 on-call support.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
- Experience with WSUS/SCCM, VMware/Hyper-V, and Windows security hardening.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for OS, authentication, networking, and performance issues.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time remote role with possible shift/on-call support.
- Supports incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
