Job Description
You will be managing the relationship with enterprise client counterparts (often product owners and business owners) and be the first point of contact for tech development. You will also be the escalation and resolution point with customers for specific domain or product issues. You will be the knowledge base of how Kraken works and how we deliver the Kraken Platform. You will be triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally and summarising and articulating client needs, considerations, timelines internally to enable the ongoing development of the Kraken platform. You will support the engineering team to deliver product features and challenge the client to think differently about tech development.
