Senior Manager, Real Estate & Workplace

Strategic Portfolio Management:

• Own the global real estate portfolio strategy and roadmap for 6 offices across 4 time zones.
• Evaluate new market opportunities based on hiring plans, business drivers, and financial impact.
• Develop market entry business cases with financial models, risk analysis, and implementation timelines.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Hire, develop, and mentor 3 office managers across regional hubs.
• Set standards and frameworks for office operations, employee experience, and vendor management.
• Drive budgets, operational metrics, and employee satisfaction.

Travel Requirements:

• This role requires approximately 15-20% travel for office launches, site visits, and management meetings across Chicago, Washington D.C., New York, London, and future offices.
