Director of Anglophone Business Development & FX

Oversee the business development & FX activities for Anglophone Africa send and receive markets, reporting to the Global Head of Business Development & FX. Identify, propose, coordinate and execute network, FX and banking partner expansion and optimisation opportunities. Ensure market launches are executed seamlessly, and conversely, identify and plan any market closures. Develop and own business plans for new initiatives, negotiate deals, and own FX P&L for the region. Manage partners, conduct business reviews, and report to ExCo. Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements in all send and receive markets, manage a team, and foster teamwork.
