Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to customers.
• Use leads provided by the firm, with expectation to self-generate some business.
• Ensure outstanding customer service to drive repeat business and referrals.

Work Arrangements:

• Role is self-employed with flexible location (office-based, hybrid, or remote).
• Must be local to the North East for bi-monthly HQ visits.
• Non-CAS trainees will be office-based.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fully CeMAP qualified with a sales or property background.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage own pipeline.
