Role Purpose:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programmes that improve colleague performance in sales and customer service.
- Ensure all training meets procedural compliance and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage training projects, including blended learning and e-learning solutions, within budget and deadline.
- Develop and maintain training manuals and documentation, keeping them current with company policy.
- Deliver apprenticeship assessments and mentorship to support Level 2 and 3 completion.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000–£40,000 per year, plus a 10% annual bonus.
- A company car or monthly car allowance.
- Monday–Friday working hours with remote working flexibility and occasional travel to training sites.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Ideally degree-educated with a CIPD qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years in a sales, property, or retail sales-related role.
- Self-motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
