Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer drafting for assigned roles.
- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely movement of candidates through the pipeline.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Greenhouse.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
Candidate Experience & Reporting:
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
- Track pipeline activity and hiring metrics like time-to-fill and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse and support offer negotiations.
