Reporting to our Head of People & Talent, you’ll play a hands-on role in building exceptional teams at Odin - owning hiring processes up to senior level and getting deep into the details to ensure we raise the bar with every hire.
You’ll typically be running no more than a handful of roles at a time, giving you the space to partner properly and do the work to a high standard. This isn’t a passive role. You’ll be in the weeds with hiring managers; challenging assumptions, shaping scorecards, stress-testing job specs, asking why at every step, and helping teams make confident, high-quality decisions. You’ll keep processes moving, create brilliant candidate experiences, and bring talent expertise to every conversation.
You’ll also be responsible for leading qualifying calls, supporting sourcing, challenging and improving hiring processes, owning interview scheduling, building pipelines, contributing to employer brand, maintaining ATS data, and exploring AI tools. You’ll have 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a startup; be a strong sourcer; build real relationships; and communicate clearly to help teams grow.
