Compliance Manager

Role Overview:

• This full-time remote Compliance Manager role oversees a team of compliance professionals to ensure proper program execution and performance management.
• Serve as the compliance subject matter expert for multiple disciplines, including regulatory change, product change, and technology platforms.
• Promote a culture of compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compliance advisory services and effective challenge for regulatory and business initiatives through various interaction channels.
• Maintain proficiency in banking laws, rules, and regulations, keeping apprised of supervisory trends and enforcement landscapes.
• Ensure adherence to consistent standards for communication, execution, documentation, quality control, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of banking, financial, or compliance experience required; 2+ years in data management preferred.
• CRCM or relevant certification required within 12 months; 1+ years of management experience preferred.
