Entitlements Manager

We're looking for an Entitlements Manager to join our power procurement team and lead the entitlement process for our data center developments in the US. In this role, you'll be navigating complex land use regulations, working with landowners, developers, local authorities, and legal counsel to secure approvals for our hyperscale data center projects. You'll collaborate closely with local counsel and county officials during site due diligence, permitting and construction phases. This position requires someone who can effectively engage with local jurisdictions, participate in public meetings and hearings, and build strong relationships with county officials to get projects over the finish line. This is a critical role supporting our expansion plans, where you'll shape our entitlements strategy while working on some of the largest and most complex data center projects in the world.
