Business Support Virtual Assistant – Research & Outreach

Role Overview:

• You will support a commercial real estate broker by researching and reaching out to potential buyers for a church property near Washington, D.C.
• Your primary task is to identify decision-makers and obtain permission for the broker to send property materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on churches, ministries, and schools with financial capacity to acquire the property.
• Make introductory calls using an approved script to connect with the right contacts.
• Maintain a detailed outreach tracker in Google Sheets and report findings to the broker.

Requirements:

• Strong spoken and written English skills and experience with professional outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and online research tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with a defined target profile.
