Lead Nurturing & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant

Role Overview:

• This is a phone-first, performance-driven role supporting a multi-location fitness franchise.
• Focus on improving speed-to-lead and increasing first-class attendance.
• Administrative work is intentionally limited to maximize conversation time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nurture leads via outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Schedule appointments in MindBody and follow up on no-shows.
• Track activities and provide accurate daily summaries.

Requirements:

• Previous appointment-setting or outbound calling experience required.
• Strong verbal English communication skills and CRM experience preferred.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and achieving measurable goals.
