Business Operations Analyst

As a pivotal member of the Business Operations Team, the Business Operations Analyst will provide insights and analysis across our products and services. You'll evaluate potential business opportunities, including contracts and partnerships, conduct outcomes studies, and offer critical support to our sales and operations teams. Your role will be instrumental in driving our continued growth and success by uncovering key insights and evaluating different growth opportunities, supporting strategic initiatives, and aligning with our business objectives. You will partner with executive leadership to develop strategic plans and initiatives that foster growth and streamline operations within the healthcare sector. You will also analyze operational workflows, processes, and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance care quality, as well as prepare comprehensive reports, dynamic dashboards, and impactful presentations for key stakeholders.
