Sales Operations Analyst

This position can be based remotely in any of our approved hiring regions. This role is a mix of direct sales rep support, data integrity, tactical task execution, and task automation. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented and comfortable getting in the weeds, but is always looking for ways to create efficiencies. You will join a team of stellar Sales and Marketing Operations analysts, and work closely with Sales Representatives, Sales Leaders, Marketing, and Cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and Ops Console user support, addressing and resolving questions from the sales team. You will own daily, weekly and monthly operations, such as lead/account assignment, data integrity updates, email triaging, and report building.

Other responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, optimizing current tasks, and automate manual processes to enhance efficiency.
