Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Technical Recruiter to help us build a world-class team. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation, partnering directly with our leaders to hire for our engineering, AI, hardware, and operations teams. This role requires a professional who is solutions-oriented and agile, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Manage the entire hiring process for our engineering, AI, hardware, and operations teams, covering both full-time and contract roles. This includes everything from intake meetings and job description creation to sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and closing. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top technical talent. Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach and strong communication. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, compensation, and interview best practices to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process. Ensure every applicant receives timely feedback and a professional experience, reflecting RIVR's commitment to quality. Maintain clean, accurate data in our ATS (Lever) to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and share progress with leadership. Actively contribute to our employer branding efforts, representing RIVR at industry events and online forums to attract talent and promote our culture.
