Job Description

The Data & Administrative Virtual Assistant will support internal business operations by managing CRM tasks, monitoring communications, and ensuring accuracy across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly processes. The VA will work closely with the sales team to maintain accountability, assist with reporting, and perform light data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets. Key Responsibilities include performing assigned daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks based on existing SOPs; Updating and maintaining records in Zoho CRM; Monitoring client texts and flagging missed responses to sales staff; Conducting data entry, clean-up, and reporting within CRM and spreadsheets; Assisting with Excel/Google Sheets analysis for sales and operations tracking; Supporting ongoing business process documentation and adherence to SOPs; And coordinating with sales team to ensure timely follow-up and accurate client communication tracking.
