Responsibilities include leading a team of Implementation Managers, partnering with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams, and driving continuous improvement through scalable processes. Furthermore, you will monitor team and customer performance, serve as an escalation point, and contribute to strategic planning and hiring. The role also involves acting as the strategic program manager for the Magic Migration service, providing thought leadership in fundraising and donor engagement.
