As Senior People Partner at Roo, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness through talent strategy, performance optimization, and leadership development. In this senior-level role, you'll own the employee relations function while leading enterprise-wide performance management initiatives. You'll work closely with executive leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into people-focused initiatives that enhance team performance and engagement.
Key responsibilities include functional partnership with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies, leading talent review processes and succession planning, and driving workforce planning initiatives. Additionally, owning and leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks, developing leadership programs, and managing employee relations issues.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years in a senior HRBP role, expertise in performance management systems, strong business acumen, and experience with HR metrics. Excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism are also essential.
