Job Description
The GDS Support Specialist will provide comprehensive support for all travel-related activities, including the Global Distribution System (GDS), customer inquiries, backend operations, and account assistance.
This role involves acting as a reliable and strategic advisor, working with clients to resolve issues and maximize the value of our products and services. Simultaneously, the specialist will manage multiple customers with technical account update needs, fostering strong relationships through proactive system updates and prompt responses to inquiries.
Responsibilities also include overseeing data quality within the CRM system and ensuring the department's customer service goals and response times are consistently met. The specialist will serve as a liaison between accounts and internal teams to facilitate the swift and effective resolution of any issues. This is a remote position.
