Job Description

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Greenhouse, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the post-implementation customer journey. You will serve as a hiring coach and strategic partner, guiding customers on structured hiring practices, workflows, and Greenhouse's product suite. This role requires a strong project management skillset, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure customer success. You will proactively identify opportunities for expansion and work closely with the sales team to renew customer contracts. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization are critical for success in this role.
