Job Description
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for establishing strategic account development in a specific region and driving profitable growth through increasing customer acquisition, development, and retention.
The role will offer compelling value propositions relevant to customers’ needs to increase profitable revenue while identifying opportunities to strengthen Signode’s market position. Responsible for managing approximately $200M of revenue and a team of 8-14 people. The Regional Sales Director will partner directly with Operations, Product Management and Supply Chain leaders. This role will require 50 – 70% travel.
Accountable for regional revenue and margin, budget creation and innovation projects while monitoring and tracking product quality, forecasting and creating/executing plans. Partner with Marketing and Product Management to produce and optimize sales materials and lead generation activities to drive customer acquisition and expand business. Develop a high performing team of Sales Professionals through training and growth of team members within the region.
